You sure can! Register for a free account on the memberships page, which allows you to create a profile, search the projects or requests and save favourites. You can receive messages from members that find your profile interesting and keep track through your dashboard. When you’re ready to reply to posts or to create your own, you can upgrade directly through your dashboard in minutes. 

When you create a profile (through either your free or partner account), a preview will be visible to all website visitors. This is the small box on the Students and Employers pages that shows your name, location and profile thumbnail. Only other registered ProjectMatch users can view your full profile page. 

When you post a project (for employers) or a request (for students), only other registered ProjectMatch users can view these. Unregistered website visitors do not have access to the project listing pages. The full details for any employer project is only visible to students members. Other employer members can only view the preview on the listing page, not the full details. 

You can keep your free account open as long as you please! When you sign up for a paid membership, this is per calendar year (365 days). You will be sent a reminder as you come up to your renewal time, and will be able to sign up to another year as many time as required. For employers, this can be indefinitely. For students, this can be for as long as your studies continue, and you can simply choose the next membership level when you move from undergraduate to postgraduate to PhD level courses. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your perfect partner will be found or will be ready to take on your project. The ProjectMatch platform acts as an easy, open and direct conduit for those looking for partners to meet and communicate in a central place, making it much more likely to find a good partnership and easier to kick off the project once you have. Our aim is to continually improve the platform and grow the networks to facilitate your search. 

We offer all new members a ‘cooling off’ period of 10 workings days to cancel their membership and receive a full refund. After this point, we are unable to offer any level of refund for a paid membership. If you wish to close your account at any point, you are able to do so directly from your dashboard, and request directly that any personal information gathered be returned or destroyed.
