I am looking for participants 18 years or over who have worked before or are currently employed to take part in this online survey.

Grace Cowlard: University of Kent[email protected] This study examines decision-making in a candidate selection task. You will be provided with a role description for a new president of UKF, a new campus of a University. You are asked to examine the job description and information drawn from the applicant CVs to decide who you think would be the best person for the job. You will be working in a 4-person virtual group. At some point in the decision-making process, you will see both your own information and the information of your group colleagues. 

Participants need to be 18 years or over and that the study will take around 12 minutes to complete.
